Welcome to the Oh lab

About us

The Oh lab focuses on understanding the ways in which protein ubiquitylation drives key decision-making processes, and how misregulation of this modification contributes to various malignancies. To tackle these fundamental issues, we use an integrated approach, combining global and quantitative analyses with more traditional biochemical and cell biological techniques. We are part of the Center for Cancer Research at Massachusetts General Hospital and the Department of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
