OHLABS
Ubiquitin signaling
in development and disease
Welcome to the Oh lab
About us
The Oh lab focuses on understanding the ways in which protein ubiquitylation drives key decision-making processes, and how misregulation of this modification contributes to various malignancies, including cancer, neurodegeneration, and aging. To tackle these fundamental issues, we use an integrated approach, combining global and quantitative analyses with classical biochemical and cell biological techniques. We are part of a vibrant community at the Krantz Family Center for Cancer Research (KF-CCR) at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and the Department of Medicine at Harvard Medical School (HMS).
Check us out at our lab's MGH site and the broader KF-CCR community.
